Trading Terms Ordering and Shipping Information
Online payment through PayPal. PayPal is an authorized third party payment system. Twelve wishes will not see your credit details. This method of payment provides for the most rapid dispatch of orders. Simply browse our products, add what you like to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout as this is the default payment method. Please follow the instructions and Credit Card approval will occur online in 'real time', we will ship the same day Monday to Friday if your order is received by 2:00PM. Payment with Paymate NZ Paymate is also an authorized third party payment system. The Paymate button is within the confirmation page, after clicking the button you will then be sent to the default payment page within Paymate. Fill in your credit card details then press submit. We at Twelve Wishes will then be instantly notified by email. we will then ship as with Paypal the same day Monday to Friday if your order is received by 2:00PM. Payment via Direct Credit/Internet Banking/Bank Transfer If you wish to pay via Direct Credit/Internet Banking, you may do so by simply choosing this payment method within the confirmation page. Email us to confirm your order, we will then check this within our administration sytem on our website.
Your order will ship as soon as we can confirm your payment. Please be aware that it takes at least 24 hours for direct credits to show in our account. Direct Credit orders will be automatically cancelled after five consecutive working days of non-payment.

Invoices
Your order confirmation email including a GST number is automatically sent at the completion of every order. You may print a hard copy from that page if you require it as we do not send printed invoices.
Shipping Information
We normally use New Zealand Post parcel Post and we aim for a delivery withing 3 working days. If a courier service is required this will be at an added cost to the purchaser. The gift will be sent the next working day.
Once an order has been shipped, you will be emailed that your parcel has been dispatched. For insurance coverage concerning damage, all packaging must be retained by the receiver and we are to be contacted for further instructions.
International Orders
We will accept international orders but Postage is not included in the price. Please phone us so we can advise you of postage costs.
